Good TM Lead Sources

I tried researching through previous threads and have gotten some info because I didnt want to be redundant, but I have to make very good decisions right now. So could you share with me good FE TM lead sources, expected costs and different positives and negatives to look for when selecting a company for this?

And so i can look really slow upfront, could you spell out the names of who or the products you are referring to. I am pretty new at this and am not familiar with alot of the jargon yet.
