How Would You Work this Lead? Re: How Would You Work this Lead? billyb is the thread starter for: How Would You Work this Lead?

I have only worked DM for FE about 6 months. In my opinion a DM lead is not as good as a TM lead. The problem with TM is the lack of data.

Really??? You think TM leads are better than DM?

That's a first. I've never heard that before.

You gotta love when they write in their phone number and then say "no calls please".

Thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't sure what all the hype was about, but after some of the plays he made last Sunday? I'm sold!

I made a good living with TM leads for years. Then when it took 6 counties to get 20 leads I decided to look at DM. My old brokerage ALB didn't offer DM or I would probably still be there. They don't believe they are as good as TM either.

I think being able to work in a focused area has a lot of advantages. I can get 20 leads in an urban area that are all literally walking distance apart. I might be spoiled but it would to be hard to sell me on driving 30 minutes between houses to work a different lead type.

Maybe she means other than your call.
She doesn't, want to be added to a mailing list and TM dialer that will still be hassling her 50 years after she dies.
It's just like the no soliciting sign.
That doesn't mean ME!
