Level Coverage for Afib 11 Months Ago?

They must be pretty high. I don't even see them on fexquotes....:swoon:

They are there for Indiana.. Male age 50 10K $45.67. Same rate for TU and NTU so they are high for a NTU, mid range NTU. Probably the simplest SIWL app around. Not diabetic friendly.

If the answer to any of the following question is “YES”, person(s) proposed for insurance does not qualify:

1. Within the past 10 years, has any person proposed for insurance been diagnosed by a member of the medical profession as having Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), AIDS Related Complex (ARC), or tested positive to the antibodies to the AIDS or human immunodeficiency (HIV) virus?

2. Within the past 12 months has any person proposed for insurance had a stroke, heart attack or heart or blood vessel surgery?

3. Within the past 18 months has any person proposed for insurance had or been treated for congestive heart failure, cancer (other than skin cancer), dementia or problems with memory?

4. Within the past 5 years has any person proposed for insurance had or been treated for chronic obstructive lung disease, insulin dependent diabetes, chronic liver or kidney disease, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), sickle cell anemia or cystic fibrosis?

5. Does any person proposed for insurance require personal or mechanical assistance with any activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting or mobility, use oxygen to aid in breathing or have been advised to have surgery?

10K max at that age..

Here is the Indiana UW guide:

Just noticed you don't have the cancer plan. The cancer was the reason I contracted with them but have found a use for their life products on a couple of occasions.

You do have the Family Plan which is a very good little UW WL... It is also priced on FEX in the Traditional/SIWL section. 100K through 65 non med, 125K with just a blood draw and HOS.
