Has anyone had any experience with New Leads from Plano, Texas?

They were supposed to have been a Final Expense lead specialist so we ordered 20 leads at $29.00 per lead. These leads were supposed to have been their high quality leads. So far our experience has been terrible. We placed our order on February 14, 2013, and to date we have not received one viable lead! They sent us seven telephone numbers of people who were not in the least interested in obtaining insurance coverage. Our requests for the fulfillment of the original order of twenty leads and for replacement of these seven telephone numbers have gone on deaf ears.

The staff at New Leads also seems unresponsive and unwilling to help when a problem with their service has been brought to their attention. There is always some form to fill out or some procedure that one has to follow in order to get the leads for which one has already paid. In fact, at least one staff member even seemed to be covertly hostile. She continually interrupts one on the telephone, doesn't listen to the nature of one's concerns, and blames the customer for New Leads shortcomings. Maybe I am wrong, but she even seemed to take glee in advising us that claims against New Leads have to be made to an arbitration board located some place in Texas. It seemed that she was implying that we should have fun with that claim procedure.

Plus, we have now been told we cannot expect any additional leads in the new future since New Leads is closed for more than a week. They have our money; they have not provided the contracted leads within a reasonable time; and they have not adressed any of our concerns within any dispatch. So far, our experience with New Leads has not been good.

Has anyone had any dealings with this company? I don't know if I just happened to have had bad luck with this company, or if they treat all of their customers this way. I will keep the forum advised of any change in the service with this company. We have asked for a refund of our money, but we have been told that would be contrary to the policy of New Leads. I will let the forum know if they change this policy, or if they finally fulfill their contractual obligations.

Did you do any searches on them before you purchased? Seems companies like this make a killing from agents that just thinks it sounds good and buys, without looking into them further. I hope they give your money back but I highly doubt it.

One always tries to do some back ground on lead providers before any purchase. In fact, we posted an inquiry in this forum originally, but no real negative responses were posted.

We wouldn't mind if they kept the money, but we want the leads that we purchased. In addition, they should provide the contracted leads in a reasonable period of time. With New Leads being closed for a week, we will not have been provided the leads within at least over a month from the date of purchase. That is unacceptable.

I have heard of them. They were on my short list for companies to consider when I was ready to purchase leads. I spoke with a lady in the office (or at least a lady answered the phone when I called) she was pleasant and answered my questions. Thanks for posting about their customer service. I will stay away from them. Sorry about your experience, but hopefully your situation will improve. Keep us informed.

Unless you have a LARGE budget, never try out a lead company that you haven't checked out and gotten good feedback from people you trust. Most lead vendors are complete scams. One of the most important things your upline does for you is guides you to the right lead vendors. They are the ones that should be risking their money on the experiments. Never the agent with the smaller budget.

Next time do more due diligence on the lead company you choose. There are many good lead companies out there. For one example is ARM in Texas. As for one of the most important things your upline does for you is to lead you to the right vendor is funny. The risk is you not working every lead and not knowing how to close. Your skill will improve with every lead worked. Keep it simple and close.
