There is another thread here called Getting Started Selling Insurance.
I would also ask you what kind of insurance you are selling. Just Final Expense, or more than that? There's some great information out there specific to the type of insurance you're selling.
Last thing I would say is that an IMO can help you out a whole lot. If you give a little more information on what you need help with, I could offer more advice!
