You got a lead back from Amish? Save the warm-up and trying to be their friend. They are very skeptical and not generally one-call closeable. But if they respond to a lead they will definitely give you a modicum of respect and hear you out. They are interested. Some will even feed you if you're lucky enough to stop by around suppertime. That's my take on my limited dealings with them.
