App is relatively easy. Street comp is good for what I consider to be mid-range difficulty on underwriting.

I always talk to Chad Kines over there. Originally, I was direct with Oxford. He's the rep for the Midwest I think. If I email him any question, he's on top of it.
I do agree with phi is rough. That's why I stopped writing them.
