Had 2 ladies in same day approved with FBL that each was on an inhaler. Both immediate

Transamerica paid a contestable claim

Gerber declined an app. You can no longer have a POA sign. Crazy to get a decline on a GI.

Had a FBL client pass on Sunday 4/23/17. Issue date was 4/21/15. Two days out of contestability. For some odd reason I wrote "draft 1st premium immediately" at top of app which was signed o 4/21/17.

Person has to be able to contract to get Gerber, yup. Congrats on that lady surviving two years and two days and you setting her up to draft a soon as possible !

Lately, I've gotten a few level with FBL that were on inhalers too. It seems everyone in North GA uses them for allergies from pollen
