Settlers New Phone Application

Has anyone not involved with the Beta testing submitted a phone application yet? How was it? How long did it take?

Express app went live monday, haven't done it yet.

I had one agent just tell me it took him 24 minutes. Not too bad for the beginning.

No one using the phone app? I would have expected a few reviews by now..

Have attempted two applications with express app ironically both had underlying Medical that was not disclosed to me. Phone call was over in 8 minutes since they didn't qualify to proceed. Huge advantage over the other phone based competitor who will stretch you out for nearly a half an hour before you find out you aren't getting what you applied for.

One of The Squad agents from HOUSTON called me last night after a Settlers tele-app and said it took 53 minutes. It was APPROVED

I haven't done express app yet, but why would it take any longer than the EPOS interview?

Thats unbelievable. They are wanting call centers to adopt this new process too, but at almost an hour, that is impossible.

Im sure it will get better though, Settlers seems to be a good company to those who push alot of business their way.
