Motorists, Monumental, don't ask weight of anyone.
Americo's 3-rd tier product is guaranteed issue but don't go to that one unless they have other health problems.
Forethought Select and Forethought Encore have no height or weight requirements if they want a limited payment plan.
Royal Neighbors... I think... is another choice.

I just talked to him today.
I'm contracted direct with Monumental but you can get better deals through brokerages.
