United for WI seems very high but the quote engine is AFU. You can't separate someone our of the household that isn't getting coverage.

United is great for people wanting serious surgeries this year, but still not as great as Humana for average buyers, who don't see doctors that much. They have to pay their deductibles in FULL to see a pcp. However, from your post, you take people to United for the commission. Not good.

Humana's plans are as uncompetitive as Florida Blues in our area. Only offered off market and they're premiums are very high.
United has quite a few solid plans on the market that are copay plans.

Mink, UHC has off-market policies on the Navigator Network which is a PPO.

2016 rate increases for Florida and other states (>10%) have been posted on healthcare.gov, very interesting to say the least...
