Has anyone Recieved 'any' Commission from the Affordable Health Care Sales?

I'm hearing this story over and over with Blue in Florida also with that Jacksonville fmo. I have a friend who is out 60k because "they are changing their bookkeeping system and things got lost, we are working to fix this issue" That was in April.
