A client of mine has a brother in Ft. Lauderdale area of Florida, single 49 non smoker and in good health. Who are the best insurance companies for him to consider for individual health coverage?

I've been doing individual health in Florida since '93. All things considered, his best bet is going to be either UHC/Golden Rule or HumanaOne.

How is the individual and family health insurance market in florida compare to California? I go to Florida every now and then to visit...
