Florida License Question: Will I get denied?

I would like to become a licensed agent, and have licensed agency.
After looking over the 2-15 application online, I am concerned I will not get approved.
Background:
4 Judgments, all paid (3 credit cards, 1 repossession)
Divorce
1 Arbitration award, not paid, negotiating a settlement
Denied admittance to practice law because of deliquent debts from the past.
Denied a probate bond 5 years ago because of credit.
Have not been deliquent on other/current obligations in over 3.5 years.
Am I wasting my time with the application?
Thanks in advance.

You'll be fine, your credit has nothing to do with it.
The only thing that could jeopardize a Florida insurance license is a felony conviction , and you can even get an exception for that, depending upon the type of crime .

You sound like the average agent... LOL
You should be fine, some carriers might give you trouble with advances that is about all.

Half necked... or half naked... (neck-ed). Oh that must be what you mean. I thought maybe you were more accustomed to some giraffe lady at first...
I forgot to inflect the TX pronunciation into the sentence... Now it makes perfectly good sense.

If you don't have bad credit when you first start out, don't worry you score will go down LOL. It takes a few years to get on your feet in this biz.
