Form Filling Software             Go to Top

Are any of you aware of a software program that will fill in the fields on insurance apps that are in pdf form? I'm hoping for something similar to "Laserapp" where you can enter all the client data into the software and it will populate all of the fields on the form.

Thanks.

Use Acrobat Professional. It has what's called a 'typewriter' function that allows you to place text into any PDF file.

Depends on what your looking for. The typewriter function of Adobe is no where near what something like LaserApp does.

If you are looking for Accord forms, try forms boss (www.formsboss.com) which is very reasonably priced and allows for this type of function.

If you just want a simple way to type in forms, use Paperport. That's one of it's many features and it works pretty well.

You just scan the form to a PDF. Save the PDF in paperport. Drag the PDF to the formtyper icon. Type in the fields. If it doesn't get every field automatically correct, it's easy to create a field anywhere on the page.

You can then print the whole form and your typed in fields OR you can load your actual form in the printer and just print the data onto the actual form.

It's about $99
