What is the best book you ever read that had a direct correlation to your professional life?

I need a new book. I just got done with "Unbroken". Great book! Makes me grateful for the generations that came before us. But it is time for a Professional development book. Any suggestions.

To this day ,I start every morning listening to a 5-10 minute podcast out of the 200 I have recorded from Zig Zigler. He provides inspiration for every day living. The man knew what was important in life.

I saw many of the same "ZIGGY" character in Frank Stastny as well...... I miss them both
