Hi there everyone, For almost 18 month ago i did pass my insurance licence exam but for some legal issues ( that i took care of now ) my license was denied back than. So my question is " Can i re-apply for my licence??? I heard that i have to wait 5 years before i can apply again!!! Is it true or not.

WoW What crappy answers...No one on her can give you a definative answer. The best advice is to pick up the phone and call your States Dept of Insurance and ask the question...You may be surprised at how helpful those people can be.

Did you keep the letter, from the insurance dept. As Norway said, the dept of insurance will give you the steps you have to take. You could apply of a waiver, for any past misdeeds. The dept of insurance investigations, make the FBI, look like local cops.
