Do You Prefer Videos or Webinars?

I've put together some videos and put together some webinars, but I don't know which most folks prefer. Personally I think if I know there is a video out there I'm more likely to tell myself I'll watch it and never do, but of course it's tough to set aside time for a webinar.

What do you think?

Different option, I like the webinar framework, but I like it even better if it's a recorded webinar. You get the video and the Q&A after, at my convenience...

Videos, so I can watch them anytime. Recorded webinars are great, too.

I like either, as long as it was produced well. I find that many webinars have an insurmountable amount of time set aside for superfluous back-patting and chest-beating.

My favorite training tool is a well-made podcast.

The problem is the trap of "I'll watch it later". How many webinars have you missed because you figured you'd watch it later, then you didn't watch it later?

Probably about the same amount as webinars, because the webinar time "conflicted with my schedule"
