Does anyone Work for or Have Any Experience with Brightway Insurance?

I just received my p&c license and have been invited to work for them. In my area they are pretty much taking over and are beating the competition by a landslide.

My question is, if you work for this company what is your commission split?
Haven't been able to discuss that with the brokers that want to employ me yet.

LOL I know. But what I meant when I posted this was what are other people getting as their split. And what is the minimum I should be getting without getting stiffed by the agency owners

Anywhere in Florida, I think this statement is grossly exaggerated.
