Group Critical Care????

Hello All,

Does anyone have any suggestions for group critical care that can be either
guaranteed issue or simplified issue but cover higher ages 70+
and not reduce on retirement?

Need to have available higher dollar amounts-can be carve out type-
Big concern in underwriting is pre-EX or lookback

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
