Health Benefits for Independent Agents

Are there any agent associations/organizations that offers independent life agents low cost healthcare benefits as part of their group membership?

Actually, I believe Brokers Alliance has a group health plan (through Humana?) available. But, you have to enroll in their high end producer program to get it. I beleive it is called the "elite producer program" and that is one of the benefits.

True group or what used to be called a franchise plan, which was nothing more than individual policies on list bill complete with underwriting.

It is true group, I considered but went a different direction.
