HIPAA Compliant Cloud Storage

I would like to know what others are using for HIPAA Compliant Cloud Storage.

I understand that Dropbox is not HIPPA compliant

I recommend sosonlinebackup dot com. It says it is based on it's website. Less expensive than the big two you hear about all the time and allows you to backup up to 5 or more computers on one account.

sosonline is a cloud back up & from what I understand it does not provide file sharing.

I am looking for HIPPA compliant file share that also provides backup capability.
