Hi guys, I run a california brokerage and we're looking for retiring producers (in any state) who want to earn a really nice commission on their book into retirement with minimal work. We'll service the book for you.

Any takers here? Any idea how to reach retiring brokers?

For most of them that's basically how it works anyway, right? Isn't that the dream agents are sold when they start selling that eventually they can live on renewals with very little work?
