Homeowners Question Homeowners Question
Client is purchasing a house which closes on June 3rd, but sellers are living in the home until July 31st, so the client doesn't take possession until then. This two month "gray period", should the clients request the sellers to obtain renters insurance?

Yes and make sure that they have the rentback lease signed, don't just do this on a handshake.
