How much would you pay a part time CSR who does not have their insurance lic yet?

We start around $10/hr... getting a license bumps you another $2 plus puts you in the bonus program, +percs

I would not allow an unlicensed part time CSR to sell anything to anyone.

Ours do scanning of documents, phone calls to set appts, incoming calls, greeter, bday calls, envelope stuffer, basically...things that make them wish they were a licensed agent

Ha thanks I like that. Basically an admin then that's what I'm used them being called by agents here.
