Insurance Brokers/Agents Data

I am working on a Performance Benchmarking Analytics project (part of my University curriculum) on Brokers/Agents in Insurance Industry.

I am using a statistical technique to arrive at performance benchmark, ranking and recommendation for brokers/agents based on their performances.

To do that I am looking for data in individual brokers/agents to gauge their performances, basically Input and Output variables.

Any help would be great!

Sounds cool. Is this data to be used as a source of recommendations for consumers who are searching online for a competent agent?

Are you analyzing property & casualty insurance or life/health, etc.?

Not recommendation to consumers, it is going to be more of an internal analysis where we can performance/efficiency of brokers would be benchmarked/ranked on multiple KPI (Outputs) against multiple inputs.

@PhiL: We have not yet decided to focus on which Insurance category, to start and be with ready a Proof of Concept we can start with any category where we will have individual broker level.
