Licensed P&C Agent in Texas Pay Rate?

Had a question what is the pay for a Licensed P&C agent with 2 years experience in Commercial accounts. I used to work for an insurance company when I started I wasn't licensed but then I got my license & I didn't get much more of a pay increase for all the work I did. I am starting to look for another job I just want to know what I should put down as expected salary.
