Looking for a P&C GA for MO & CA

I am looking for a GA for my CA and MO personal/commercial lines business. Anyone know of GA that has decent markets and actually places business with the ones listed? With SAIS now for a year and they have only been able to place one of my business clients, even though they reflect they write with the carriers, I have wound up back at RIC for everything. I like RIC but their bindzone rater is a nightmare. Thank you
