A simple CRM can do the trick. You can check Zoho or SugarCRM or even Salesforce. If you would want to do call outreach, it is also better if you integrate your phone with the CRM of your choice. There are a lot of CTIs out in the market but we currently use Tenfold. So far, so good.

I use AMS right now but I prefer Hawksoft. It’s also more affordable than AMS..

We used EZLynx in the past and switched to QQCatalyst due to the better support and reporting capabilities. Strongly recommend it for a less complex agency setup.
