New Agency Financing

Has anyone done financing for an agency, just curious what people's experience is here and if financing is worth it.

It would help for a bit more info. Are you looking at purchasing a book. Are you just thinking office, employees and other expenses?

Either way remember debt is a killer of many good agents. I have been there and done that. Just like anything else you must know what your numbers are and stick to them.
