i looked up MOO and seems like they do it, but theres no appointment info.

You just need an upline that offers MoO I am sure one of them will pop in or Google life solutions or visit them via the top gun producers forum as they offer MoO contracts.

What makes them a good choice?

Of the many companies I've used, they seem to have many options for both STD and LTD and I believe they offer maternity coverage. Of course they are as earned, but it's all about doing the right thing by the client.
