This week I came across a few convincing articles, studies, and meta-studies (not to be confused with meta-tags) about how sitting for 8 hours a day in an office chair:

And decided to switch my office chair out for a Swiss Ball:

It feels pretty awesome, a good core workout and it's pretty fun bouncing around while talking to people.

Anyone else here using unorthodox sitting methods?

lol, good articles, I can feel make already start to hurt more.

I will say it's harder to stay stationary and I now understand how it burns 350 calories a day if done for only two hours.

It's forcing me to not slump though and leaning back isn't an option anymore...

If they had these in Catholic school opposed to wood desks I certainly would of had more fun and avoided getting yelled at for leaning back.
