What Insurance Carrier Will Insure A Can and Bottle Redemption Company?

I have a tough client's business to place with a carrier. They own a can and bottle redemption company. They collect cans and bottles, count them, sort them, then deliver to can companies for big $$

But I cannot find an insurance carrier to take the risk.

Anyone out there who can help?

Who have you tried? What state are you in?

In CO, I'd look at Auto Owners and Central.
