I am meeting with a lady that has bought a book of business and is opening a P&C office.
She is offering free leads, office space, a lot of flexibility (so I will not be chained to the office unless I want to be), and commission only plus monthly and annual bonuses.
What would should I expect to make on a monthly basis, and what is a fair commission?
I worked in a P&C office before but was paid an hourly wage and monthly bonuses.
