I am currently working with a small, six person, nonprofit establishment. Two of their employees currently have individual family plans with Humana.
Two questions:
1) each family has four children. Can we put the four children on peach care, and only have the husbands and wives on small group plan?
2) does a six person nonprofit establishment qualify for the SHOP program?
I know they're going to be some of you that are telling me to keep the individual plans and not to a group plan. That is still an option. They just want these questions answered just for kicks and giggles.
