If i can get out will i be able to continue to sell with carriers asap?

The first answer is maybe but it wouldn't be cheap if they choose to come after you.

The second answer is maybe, maybe not. What does the non-compete say and restrict?

Can sell with their carriers for 12 months, amd they keep book..ive been selling for 6 months and i am losing money by not getting GA commision...how ca you get that

My guess is you will have to use totally different carriers and not call on any exisiting clients but your information is sketchy. If you go Indy will you try to go direct or go through a GA or FMO? If you go through a GA or FMO you might seek their advice. Is it NAA you sign on with?
