I actually use the 20 point system I've been keeping up with it for awhile and I'll just say it keeps you busy. For me I had to make it a lot more detailed. But my point system for selling Health Insurance is listed as so
Calls = 1 point
Appointments set = 2 points
Self Generated leads = 2 points
preparation for meetings = 3 points
Face to Face meetings = 4 points
sales (applications signed) = 5 points
smoke less then half a pack of cigarettes = 2 points (this is just for me personally)
sale ($6,000 yearly premium) = 20 points
It gets me where I want to be at the end of the day.
