Advertising-New Agent

I'm an independent agent just starting with a small agency. I'm focusing on commercial lines a lot because I really enjoy working in the commercial environment...but I'm also targeting personal lines as well (home and auto). I want to get some advertising material but want some feedback on what works the best for both commercial and personal. Pens, doorhangers, post its, etc. Any help is appreciated
