Does anyone just do cancer plans and nothing else.. As a IFP and MA agent, MA is getting tough and IFP is also hard.. does anyone just sell cancer?

If those things are too hard for you, cancer plans will be just as tough but not pay much. IMO cancer is nice as an add on to ma plans

I have known many people over the years that have made a better than average living selling nothing but cancer insurance but to do so, you do not concentrate on just seniors.. You have a broad prospect base, 18-85.. The idea is sell two per day, average premium 500- 600 AP, comission 60-70% with lifetime renewals of 12-15%. If a person does that, they will certainly make as much or more than most med supp agents.

And, I disagree that if the senior health market is hard, then the cancer market will be hard.. Many agents that have a hard time selling life or med supp do just fine with cancer.. And there are agents that can't give away a cancer policy that do well in other markets.. It all depends upon the individual.
