I'm considering adding Crum & Forster commercial products to the lines I carry and was wondering if anyone has had experience dealing with them. Specifically I'm interested in the following:
1. How is their agent portal? Is it easy to use? Can I manage my book of business easily with them?
2. Do they assist with lead generation?
3. Do they offer any marketing materials or enablement?
4. Are they easy to work with to write policies and handle claims?
