How do you manage / admin the National Do Not Call List when prospecting by phone? I know this is not an issue when calling businesses but what about home numbers? Is their software tailored for this purpose?

Actually, you want "telemarketing.donotcall.gov". That is where you can set up an account to download registered lists or check numbers a few at a time. Up to 5 zip codes are free. The whole country is about $17,000.
