Hello, wanted to get some advice on getting started. I just became a licensed L&H. I'm looking at 2 different options. I have an agency offering a position with them selling to the senior market as they have no one in their office selling MA now. He is offering a 30k base, basic benefits and 30%comm for the first year. I have also talked with Berwick and going out on my own and earning 100%. I have been working in the Long Term Care field for over 15 years, so I have experience with the senior market. I know my 1st year could be a wash, but looking long term and which option would be best.any advice would be helpful. Thanks
