Hi,
I've been reading for a couple of days and appreciate all the information. I was recruited by Liberty National and am studying for my license. Has anyone worked for them? If they are bad let me know why. I am looking for a good foundation to start.

I don't think they do anymore.

I know a guy who worked for them back in the 1990s, and he said it was the worst six months of his life.

Basically, they gave him a "territory," which consisted of a couple streets in a run-down neighborhood. He was responsible for door-knocking, as well as trying to milk the tiny book of business he was given for anything he could.

He told me that his manager used to tell him, "the poorer they are, the better."

Just didn't sound like a good situation to me.
