Newer Agent in Washington State Looking for Mentor

I am just a few months into building my captive agency and am looking for someone in the Puget Sound either captive or independent that would be willing to chat and share a few pointers as to what I should be focusing on to build my book of business. I am licensed and appointed for both P&C and L&D.

I am in Montana and have been in the industry for 30 years. You say you are captive does that include your Life license as well or just your P&C? What company are you captive with?

What kind of mentoring do you feel you are looking for?

Well I am L&H and P&C licensed. I am looking to sell just P&C independent. My main concern at this time is finding an aggregator to work with for appointments. It has become overwhelming all the options. Starting scratch working from home is my plan. Anything you wish you would have known when first starting?
