Is their policy that you must meet them in person for coffee/lunch/etc. to get contracted ?

I think it's a 'best practice'. Ohio National has Regional VPs that represent the company in various territories. I'm sure they get some kind of override on your production, so they'd prefer to meet in person at least once.

They don't have to meet with you at your home. You can meet at a hotel for breakfast (as I had done) or somewhere else.

Ohio National works differently than IMOs. I'd give them a chance to show you how and why they are different.
