State Farm CSR, Office Rep, Producer, or Other State Farm Agents Can I Have Your Input

First off, you'll be fired before you can enjoy your $2000 a month base if you aren't producing and continue complaining. Second, the leads are weak, the $#%^ing leads are weak? You're weak. Make your own "strong" leads or get out of the damn business.

Your TICA doesn't have any experience on making you productive and probably doing the best they know how. You and the TICA are probably both green which ain't especially a good setup.

I worked for an established SF agent and also (briefly) for a TICA. The TICA relied on internet leads and mass mailing. Also had us constantly hounding the existing book of business for financial products. The real down side is that SF rates in this area are sky high.
