I agree totally. Anthem's two main competitors in the IM (Assurant and Celtic) market in NH can point to that flaw. The HSA plans with those two carriers obviously have no Rx caps. As is the case with most of Assurant or Celtic's offerings.

Interesting. Here in Ohio BC has no cap on RX. Aetna is the only carrier with a cap (5k).

And then there's that Zero Premium Life policy. Sorry. I can't go a day without typing that.

As John noted, in MD, the Carefirst plans have crazy low rx caps. However, at least the HSA plans do not have them.

Right - just that the copays START after you reach the OOP on the Carefirst HSA which is a complete bastardization of the HSA concept.

This does not reflect my understanding of the product.

The PPO HSA for example, has copays or coinsurance, depending on the service, which kick in after reaching the deductible, not the oop max

On the benefit details some things clearly state "after deductible up to out of pocket maximum" - but not drugs. It just states "after deductible." I'd want clarification.
