I'm looking for an E & O provider that:

Is under 700.00 per year if possible
Covers me for 1 million per claim
Can be paid for monthly
Is concealable

Mine is up at the end of this month and I need another policy. Who can you recommend?

Pardon my ignorance.... I am looking to become a producer, not licensed yet. But under what instances must one have E & O coverage? Is it a state requirement, or personal decision?
