Looking for advice. I have been in the financial services industry (more on the planning and investment side of the biz) for 10years all with the same firm (very large firm)...the last 7 in sales management (no book). I am considering leaving my current firm for a new opportunity with a general agency of The Guardian, the role of a producing sales manager with potential to buy the agency down the road. This a big decision for me and I am looking for some insight on the Guardian and Park Avenue securities. What are the pros and the cons? How is the Park Avenue securities platform? I would really appreciate some advice. Thanks much.
