I was looking at my Humana statement and noticed an item labeled "Hacienda tax".

None was withheld from my commission so I guesss it is nothing to worry about. I asked my Humana rep, she had no idea.

Anyone else notice this? Are you having hacienda tax withheld? If so, for what?
